Job DescriptionTo promote clients range of high quality biomedical electrodes and electro surgery devices both in Europe and World-wide.
To continue a significant increase in sales, both via own brand as well as through Private Labels or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partnerships. To develop and adjust marketing plans for each market and product group. Travelling in a range of approximately 70 days per annum, enabling the right candidate to participate in exhibitions, hospital visits and most importantly regular scheduled commercial meetings with the customers. Be an active player in Research and Development of existing and new ranges, achieving home market needs and trends, as well as providing vital feedback and insight to the factory based product managers.
To secure development of existing sales in accordance with sales targets, working with the Sales Manager to further develop sales in to identified areas, both from a product as well as a geographical point-of-view.
A preferred 2nd language of Spanish, German or French. A true sales professional with a clear capability of both short term reaction power and long term follow-up consistency, who finds it equally challenging to work with green field projects, as well as servicing existing key accounts
Skills & AchievementsA minimum of 3 years experience in an international sales environment required.
Hospital product sales experience would be beneficial, however, a technical flair is a distinct advantage.

A preferred 2nd language of Spanish, German or French. A sales professional with an ability to react to market opportunities and be able to stay close to opportunities with a long lead time (18months – 2years) Someone who can adapt to a new business role as well as servicing existing key accounts in an Account Management capacity. A thorough commercial awareness as well as a good technical appreciation.
Qualifications RequiredMust possess a minimum of a BSc, or equivalent degree. A postgraduate or masters degree would be welcomed but must be articulate and possess a high standard of written and verbal communication skills including report writing.
